Inner layer: Oil and waterproof black synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: Double-braided high-strength steel thread
Outer layer: Flame retardant, antistatic, resistant to abrasion, external influences and oils black synthetic rubber.
Operating temperature: From – 40 ° C to + 100 ° C (possible peaks up to + 125 ° C)
Working pressure: From 125 to 400 bar depending on the diameter
Safety factor: 4
Application: 2SN EN 853 hydraulic hoses are intended for supply and drainage installations of machines and devices operating under high pressure in underground mines with the risk of explosion of methane and coal dust.
Hoses can be used for:
– hydraulic fluids in accordance with ISO 6743-4, with the exception of HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40 ° C to + 100 ° C),
– aqueous solutions (from -40 ° C to + 70 ° C),
– water (from 0 ° C to + 70 ° C),
– compressed air (from 0 ° C to + 80 ° C).
These hoses are not suitable for fluids containing castor oil and esters.
