Plough control reversing valve

TYPE: VRAP SS
USE: This valve is designed for use on reversible plough cylinders to achieve automatic reversal of the oil flow and therefore reversal of the hydraulic cylinder that rotates the plough. It is designed to control two cylinders on a plough with the frame rotating upwards (see diagram).
Operating instructions: the 2 cylinders work in parallel. Fist cylinder B starts lining up the load (it requires less pressure). Before the working ends, cylinder A starts overturning. Once it passed the standoff (90°), the cylinders A and B restart together.
MATERIALS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Body: Zinc-plated steel
Internal parts: hardened and ground steel
Seal: BUNA N standard
These valves are supplied with an exchange pressure of 150 Bar
APPLICATIONS: Connect C1 to the piston rod of the cylinder, C2 to the head of the overturning cylinder A, U1 to the head side and U2 to the rod side of the leveling cylinder B. P and T to the power supply of the machine. Due to its shape, it can be assembled in the hydraulic cylinder line or directly fixed on the plough through the threaded hole in the valve body.
