Bladder Accumulator EHV

Designed for high pressure hydraulic systems EHV bladder accumulator is available in carbon and stainless steel.

The EHV bladder hydraulic accumulator offers a reliable and efficient solution for storing energy under pressure. The accumulator consists of a forged or welded steel shell, a rubber bladder and an anti-extrusion system.

VALVE TYPE C:
A NEW STANDARD FOR EHV BLADDER HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATORS

The new standard includes an internal valve, therefore:

• no radial stress applied to the valve
• no risk of disconnecting the gas valve when unscrewing the charging kit
• equal length with protective cap; the shorter valve means more room to connect the charging kit
• avoiding breakage in case of impact
• charging adapter included in the standard charging kit
• single adapter for gas control and refilling – same for the whole range

Features:
Hydraulic accumulators are an essential component for the optimal operation of the hydraulic circuit. The accumulator enables:

• Energy storage: Saves energy without loss and redistributes it when needed, thus reducing installed power.

• Pressure Compensation: Absorbs pressure spikes from pumps or other components to control pressure and flow rates in the hydraulic circuit.

• Volume Control: Absorbs fluid volume variations induced by temperature changes in a closed hydraulic circuit and maintains a rated pressure.

• Emergency energy storage:  In case of failure of the primary energy source, these accumulators can provide enough energy to complete an operation or complete a hydraulic cycle.

• Hydraulic Spring/Shock: The accumulator can act as a gas spring, suppressing shocks and vibrations in the hydraulic systems of lifting vehicles (eg forklifts) and maintaining a true suspension of the load on a gas spring.
